Clear terms

Know how rewards are earned.

Eligible subscriptions

The first-payment discount applies to new customers on standard monthly Plus, Pro, or Scale subscriptions. Annual plans, setup fees, Enterprise deals, offer stacking, and self-referrals are excluded. Later payments renew at the normal price.

Commission window

The creator earns 15% of each qualifying paid monthly invoice for the first 12 successful monthly payments, after discounts and excluding tax. Unpaid invoices, refunds, disputes, and fraudulent purchases do not qualify.

Review and payout

Payments are reviewed 30 days after collection and paid manually in monthly batches once payout details are agreed. Automatic transfers are not enabled. Existing approved codes keep the terms agreed when issued.

Disclose the commercial relationship clearly, including an upfront Ad label where required. Make only substantiated claims; do not spam, impersonate ScoutAI360, promise sales results, or bid on brand keywords. Either party may end future participation; valid existing rewards remain subject to the agreed terms.
